Exchange and Return Policy

 

Workshops

  • The purchase will be canceled and the money returned as long as it is requested within 15 days of the event or before by sending an e-mail to  taller@tierraceramicas.com.
  • If you cannot attend, you can only replace the date for another one time by requesting it up to 7 days before the event by sending an e-mail to taller@tierraceramicas.com.
What happens if I am diagnosed Covid 19 or any other illness?
  • In case you cannot attend due to COVID infection or close contact, you can only replace the date for another one time by requesting it up to 7 days before the event by sending an e-mail to taller@tierraceramicas.com
  • If you notify us within 7 days of the workshop, we cannot offer you a refund or reschedule as this is not enough time to resell your spot. However, we allow you to send any friend or family member to fill your place.

 

For purchase of Gift Card

  • The purchase will be canceled and the money returned as long as it is requested within 24 hours of making it by sending an e-mail to taller@tierraceramicas.com.
    To request changes to reservations made through the use of the Gift Card, the change policies for Purchase or Workshop Reservation apply.

 

For the purchase of ceramic pieces:

If the piece you bought does not meet your expectations, you can change it or request a return within a maximum period of 7 days from when it was received.

Tierra Cerámicas will not be responsible for shipping costs.

Steps to follow:

  1. Send an email to taller@tierraceramicas.com with the details of your order and the request for change or return. We will answer you by providing the shipping information for your exchange or return if it is within the deadline.
  2. You must send us the package as fragile and insured merchandise.
  3. Once we receive the part and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will manage the exchange or return within 5 business days.
