The Gift Card is a Voucher to carry out any of our published workshops or to purchase ceramic pieces in our physical and online store.

The Cardholder (to whom the card is delivered) must contact us by writing to taller@tierraceramicas.com or to our WhatsApp (+34 680 67 65 74) so that we can send them the calendar of workshops for the next 6 months. and a coupon code required for the reservation.

• The workshops are held some Fridays of the month, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Studio is not open on Saturdays and Sundays.
• The Gift Card can be used to purchase pieces for the amount of 105 euros.
• The Gift Card expires 6 months from the date of purchase.
• You can cancel or modify the reservation up to one week before the experience: Change or Refund Policies.

PURCHASE AND USE

Buy:

• You must leave your data (name, surname, email and telephone number) in the Payment Gateway so that we can communicate with you and coordinate the delivery of the Card. If you buy for 2 or more people, we can send a Card for each of them or a Card for all.
• We will ask you for the name and surname of the holder (person or persons who will use the Gift Card) in order to register them and wait for them to write to us.
• You can choose to send it by post (it takes approximately 5 business days), or pick it up in person at the workshop, or the PDF version to print that we would send you by e-mail.

Use of the Gift Card:

• The holder(s) of the Gift Card must contact us by writing to taller@tierraceramicas.com or to our WhatsApp (+34 680 67 65 74) in order to send them the calendar of workshops for the next 6 months and a coupon code necessary for the reservation. .
• The Gift Card expires 6 months from the date it was purchased.
• It is important to bear in mind that, as it is a gift, under no circumstances will Tierra Cerámicas contact the Card holder for the first time. We await an email or WhatsApp message from the owner to coordinate the date and type of workshop or purchase in the store.
• The Gift Card can be exchanged for a place in a scheduled workshop published on the website (tierraceramicas.com). No refunds will be made for price differences.
  If you choose to use the Gift Card to buy ceramic pieces in our physical or online store, it will be for an amount of 105 euros. No refunds will be made for price differences.
